How much does it cost to form a trucking LLC in Florida?

Florida state filing fees are quoted separately.
What is an EIN and why does my trucking company need one?
An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is a federal tax ID issued by the IRS. Trucking companies need an EIN to open a business bank account, hire employees or drivers, file taxes, and apply for an MC number. You cannot apply for USDOT or MC authority without one.
What is the BOI report requirement for new LLCs?
The Corporate Transparency Act now requires most new LLCs to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with FinCEN within 90 days of formation. This report identifies who owns or controls the company. Failure to file can result in significant fines. We include BOI filing in every LLC formation package.
